Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014, and the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 July 2014, has been sent to shareholders.  

The 2014 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available on the Assura Group Limited website at http://www.assuragroup.co.uk/investor-relations/reports-presentations/2014.aspx.

The AGM is to be held at 10:00am on 22 July 2014 at the offices Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG.
