RESULTS OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Assura Group Limited announce that at their EGM held today at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG the following two resolutions were passed:

• 1. The establishment of the Assura Group Limited Value Creation Plan.
• 1. The amendments to the Articles of Association for the purpose of UK REIT conversation.
