At the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4QY on Friday, 4 December 2020 at 11.00am the following SPECIAL RESOLUTION was duly passed:-
THAT, with effect from the end of the AGM, the articles of association produced to the meeting and signed by the Chairman for the purpose of identification, are adopted as the articles of association of the Company in substitution for, and to the exclusion of, the Company's existing artícles of association.
