Temporary Suspension

ABE, together with its auditors, continues to work towards the publication of the Company's accounts for the year to 31 March 2019 (the "Accounts").

However, given that the work will not now be completed until after 31 July 2019 - the date by which ABE must make public its Accounts under DTR 4.1.3 - the Company has requested a temporary suspension from the Official List with immediate effect pending publication of the Accounts, following which the Company will request the suspension be lifted.

Publication is expected to be made early next week.
