Annual General Meeting

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today in Harston, Cambridge at 11.00 am , the company  can report that all resolutions were duly passed.

The Chairman  reported that an application to lift the suspension of the ordinary shares in the Company had been made to the Listing Authority and the Board is now considering their response.
