At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today in Glasgow at 1300hrs we can report that all resolutions were duly passed.

The Chairman of the meeting commented that while trading conditions in our sector of support services continue to be challenging we are at last seeing an increase in the level of enquiries for our traditional products and services. It is our resolve to convert these enquiries to firm orders throughout the remainder of the financial year.
