CORRECTION OF ERROR WITHIN ACCOUNTS ANNOUNCEMENT

REVISED AGM NOTICE

In the announcement which was made to The London Stock Exchange on 27th June 2013 in respect of the annual results, under Directors' Report on numbered page 4 it was stated that;

"In accordance with the Articles of Association Mr C Weinberg retires by rotation and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election".

It has subsequently been found that this was incorrect as Mr C Weinberg retired by rotation and was re-elected at the Annual General Meeting in 2012. The company apologises for this error.

Both Mr D Brown and Mr A Beaumont are due to retire by rotation at this year's Annual General Meeting and being eligible both offer themselves for re-election.

The correct position is shown on the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting which is being posted out to shareholders today.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 20th September 2013.
