Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and other applicable rules and regulations as amended from time to time. Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday , 28[th] March, 2024 , inter-alia, to consider the following: -

Raising of funds

1. To consider and approve the allotment of 9,00,000 warrants of Rs. 485/- each convertible into 9,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs.475/- to the promoters of the company on preferential basis on each warrant by making payment upto 25% of the amount as the upfront money.

2. Other Routine Agenda Items.

3. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Window for trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 23[rd] March, 2024 till the completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting proposed to be scheduled on 28[th] March, 2024.
