	Brief Profile	Mr. Ankit Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary having experience in finance, accounts, audit, taxation, IPO, merger, acquisition, managing PE, project management, budgeting and planning. He has also obtained certification in IND AS and Business Responsibility and reporting (‘BRSR”) from the ICAI. He has also cleared the Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) organized by ISACA. Mr. Agrawal has worked with Prataap Snacks Limited, Case New Holland Construction Equipment (India) Private Limited, Ernst & Young, and Price Waterhouse Coopers before Joining Associated Alcohols & Breweries Limited. Mr. Ankit Agrawal is havingmore than 13 Years of Experience.
