Rahul drives tractor to Parliament over farm laws

NEW DELHI

Coming out in support of protesting farmers, former Congress Chief Rahul Gandhi on Monday drove a tractor to Parliament and reiterated his demand of withdrawing the three new farm laws.

Rahul Gandhi along with several party members drove the tractor, which had a big board on the front on which was written in Hindi -- Take back the three anti-farmer laws. Speaking to the media, Rahul Gand-

hi said, "I have brought farmers' message to Parliament. They (Government) are suppressing voices of farmers and not letting a discussion take place in Parliament."

He said that they'll have to repeal these black laws. "Entire country knows for whose benefit this (three farm laws) is being done. This is not in favour of farmers and the government will have to withdraw these three black farm laws," he said.

Targeting the government, the Congress MP from Kerala's Wayanad said, "As per the government, farmers are very happy and those (protesting farmers) sitting outside are terrorists. But in reality, farmers' rights are being snatched away."

Rahul Gandhi drove the tractor from Motilal Nehru Marg to Parliament via Red Cross road. The Delhi Police then detained Congress spokesperson Randeep Singh Surjewala and Youth Congress national President Srinivas B.V. along with scores of party workers. They were taken to the Mandir Marg police station in Central Delhi.

Occupying Delhi borders in protest against the farm laws for the last eight months, the farmers will now launch massive agitation in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The joint front of farmers made this announcement in Lucknow on Monday and named it Mission UP & Uttrakhand.

The joint front will start the agitation with a grand rally of farmers in Muzaffarnagar, UP, on September 5 and after this, similar programmes would be organised in every division of the state. During the agitation, the farmers would raise the demand for withdrawal of three farm laws, guarantee of minimum support prices and other issues related to UP & UK.

a massive panchayat of farmers would be called at Muzaffarnagar in western UP on September 5 and after this, it will be organised in every division of the state. He said that the joint front has decided to raise local issues related to farmers in their agitation along with the national ones. He said that farmers in UP are suffering a lot and they are being denied proper rates for their produce. Citing example of wheat procurement farmer leaders said that Yogi Government has being claiming to have made record purchase but the fact is that it has only procured 18 per cent of the total production.

मोपाल.(निप्र)। नगरों में स्थित बस स्टैण्ड में जरूरी सुधारों की योजना बनायें। नगर विकास एवं आवास मंत्री मुपेन्द्र सिंह ने यह निर्देश शहरी लोक परिवहन की समीक्षा के दौरान दिये। श्री सिंह ने कहा कि पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट नागरिकों के लिए कितना फायदेमंद है. डसकी रिपोर्ट तैयार करें। शहरों के अन्दर और शहरों के बीच बसों का संचालन करने वाली कंपनियों की स्थिति की समीक्षा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि बीआरटीएस में दुर्घटनाएँ रोकने के लिए कड़े कदम उठायें। प्रमुख सचिव नगरीय विकास एवं आवास मनीष सिंह ने कहा कि कांप्रेहेंसिव मोबाइलिटी टेस्ट कराने की जरूरत है। आयक्त नगरीय प्रशासन एवं विकास निकंज श्रीवास्तव ने शहरी परिवहन योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि अमृत योजना में शहरी परियोजना हेतु प्रदेश के 21 शहरों के लिए २६१ करोड ८९ लाख रुपए स्वीकृत किये गए हैं।

28 जुलाई तक ले सकेंगे आरटीई के तहत स्कूलों में प्रवेश

गोपाल (निप्र)। शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम यानी आरटीई के तहत. निजी विद्यालयों में निःशल्क प्रवेश के लिए पात्र बच्चों को विद्यालयों में पवेश लेने की अंतिम तिथि 28 जुलाई तक बढ़ाई गई है। पूर्व में यह तारीख 26 जुलाई निर्धारित थी। संचालक राज्य शिक्षा केंद्र श्री धनराज एस ने बताया कि मौसम की विपरीत परिस्थितियों और पात्र बच्चों के हित को ध्यान में रखते हुए विद्यालय में प्रवेश लेने की अंतिम तिथि को २ दिन बढाया गया है।

भोपाल.(निप्र)। मध्यप्रदेश में बारिश का दौर जारी है। भोपाल, इंदौर, उज्जैन, रतलाम सहित प्रदेशभर में लगातार 2 दिनों से बारिश हो रही है। लगातार और तेज बरसात की वजह से जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है वहीं कई टेनों को भी रह किया गया है। मौसम विभाग के मताबिक राजधानी भोपाल में दो दिन में 2 इंच बारिश हो चकी है। विदिशा में नटेरन तहसील में नहर फटने से सेऊ गांव पानी से घिर गया। रतलाम अंचल में बारिश लगातार जारी है। जिलेभर के साथ ही जिला मख्यालय पर भी जोरदार बरसात हो रही है। रतलाम में जारी लगातार बारिश के दौरान कई दिक्कतें सामने आने लगी हैं। लगातार बारिश के कारण अब कई घरों में पानी घस गया है।

कई जिलों में भारी से भारी बारिश का ऑरेंज अलर्ट

अगले 24 घंटों में प्रदेश के कछ हिस्सों में मौसम विभाग द्वारा मारी से मारी बारिश का ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है जिसमें ग्वालियर चंबल संमाग के साथ राजगढ,आगर,नीमच,मंदसौर और टीकमगढ जिले शामिल है। मौसम विभाग द्वारा बताया जा रहा है कि इन जिलों में आने वाले 24 घंटों में भारी से भी भारी बारिश हो सकती है। इसके साथ ही इन जिलों में बिजली गिरने के भी आसार है।

भी इसी तरह बारिश का सिलसिला जारी रहेगा। मौसम विभाग ने प्रदेश के कई जिलों में कहीं हल्की तो कहीं भारी बारिश की संभावना जताई है। इसके साथ ही प्रदेश के कई जिलों में ऑरेंज अलर्ट भी जारी किया गया है। मौसम विभाग ने अगले 24 घंटों में छतरपुर,अनूपपुर, बालाघट, टीकमगढ और नरसिंहपर जिलों में येलो अलर्ट जारी किया है। वहीं प्रदेश के की जिलों में भारी से भी भारी बारिश के आसार जताते हुए मौसम विभाग

द्वारा ऑरेंज अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।

यहां हुई झमाझम बारिश-बीते दिनों से प्रदेश में बादल जमकर मेहरबान हैं। रोजाना झमाझम बारिश देखने को मिल रही है। रविवार को भी राजधानी समेत कई जिलों में सबह से ही बादलों की बंदाबांदी जारी रही। मौसम विभाग द्वारा जारी रिपोर्ट के अनसार बीते 24 घंटे में कई जिलों में तेज बारिश देखने को मिली है। रिपोर्ट के अनसार अनपपर में सबसे ज्यादा 23 मिमी बारिश देखने को मिली है। शमशाबाद में 19 मिमी बारिश हुई है। झारडा, घटिआ, गंजबासौदा में 16 मिमी बारिश हुई है। नटेरन, बनखेडी, महिदपर, ताल में 14 मिमी बारिश हुई है। बारेड और रामनगर में 13 मिमी बारिश दर्ज की गई है। साथ ही रैपरा. मल्हागढ़, बमोरी, इटारसी, खचरोद, अमला, तिरला, होशंगाबाद और शाजापर में 8 मिमी बारिश देखने को मिल रही है। बता दें कि बारिश के बाद किसानों के चेहरे चमक उठे हैं। बीते दिनों से बादलों के रूठने से फसलें मुरझाने लगी थी। अब बारिश के बाद फसलें एक बार फिर खेतों में लहराने लगी हैं।

डॉ.मिश्रा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस के युवराज राहुल गांधी और कांग्रेस अगर अपना चुनावी घोषणा पत्र ही सही से पढ़ लेती तो वह

सिलावट ने की बांधों में जल-मराव की स्थिति की समीक्षा

मोपाल (निप्र)। मप्र के जल संसाधन मंत्री तुलसीराम सिलावट ने बाँधो, और नहरों में जल-मराव और अतिवृष्टि की स्थिति से निपटने की तैयारियों पर अपर मुख्य सचिव एस.एन. मिश्रा और विमाजीय अधिकारियों से चर्चा की। बैटक में विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए की प्रदेश के सभी बड़े बाँधों, बैराजों नहरों की सतत निगरानी की जाये और कहीं भी अतिवृष्टि से नहरों के टूटने की सूचना मिलने पर तुरंत कार्रवाई की जाये। मंत्री श्री सिलावट ने प्रमुख अभियंता को निर्देश दिए की अतिवॉष्टि की स्थिति से निपटने के लिए अधीक्षण यंत्री स्तर के अधिकारियों की कमेटी गठित की जाये और मोपाल में एक राज्य स्तरीय कन्ट्रोल रूम बनाया जाये। विभाग के अधिकारी सतत रूप से जिला स्तरीय आपदा नियंत्रण समिति के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करें और लगातार संपर्क में रहें। उन्होंने कहा कि बाढ़ और नहरों में पानी छोडने के पर्व सभी जानकारी कलेक्टर और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारियों को अवश्य दें। किसी बांध या नहर के क्षतिग्रस्त होने की स्थिति में आपदा नियंत्रण की त्वरित कार्यवाही भी की जाए।

१२वीं का परीक्षा परिणाम २९ को

मोपाल,(निप्र)। मध्यप्रदेश माध्यमिक शिक्षा मंडल ने इंटर रिजल्ट की डेट घोषित कर दी है। बोर्ड से मिली सूचना के अनुसार 29 जुलाई को दोपहर 12 बजे परिणाम जारी होंगे। मंडल द्वारा छात्रों के लिए विभिन्न पोर्टल के माध्यम से परीक्षा परिणाम चेक करने की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी। बोर्ड की १२वीं में इस बार करीब साढ़े ७ लाख छात्र-छात्राएं शामिल हुए थे। परीक्षा दो बार आयोजित करने का प्रयास किया गया था। इसके बाद १०वीं क्लास के आधार पर ही 12वीं का रिजल्ट बनाने का निर्णय लिया गया। इसमें निर्णय लिया गया कि प्राइवेट और नियमित परीक्षा फॉर्म भरने वाले किसी भी छात्र को फेल नहीं किया जाएगा।

सचिव की शिकायत पर हुई कार्रवाई ■ साइबर क्राइम की टीम ने युवक को किया गिरफ्तार

भोपाल,(निप्र)। मध्यप्रदेश में मंत्रियों के नाम पर उगाही का मामला सामने आया है। उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉक्टर मोहन यादव के निजी सचिव विजय बदवानी ने साइबर क्राइम में शिकायत की थी। भोपाल पलिस ने आरोपी शैलेंद्र पटेल को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। उसने दस्तावेज बुलवाने के लिए फोटोकॉपी वाले का वॉटसऐप नंबर दे रखा था। इसी आधार पर आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। वह ट्रांसफर और पोस्टिंग कराने के लिए अफसरों और कर्मचारियों से रिश्वत लेता था। काम नहीं होने पर जब पीड़ित ने मंत्री के ऑफिस में संपर्क किया, तो मामले का खुलासा हुआ। आरोपी ने खुद को उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री और

नाम पर 75 हजार रुपए ले लिए। वह नगरीय प्रशासन मंत्री भूपेंद्र सिंह के नाम पर पाटन, जबलपुर और शाजापुर के सीएमओ से भी ट्रांसफर कराने के नाम पर रुपए ले चुका है। दोनों मंत्रियों के निज सचिव के पास फोन पहुंचने के बाद मामले का पता चला। भोपाल पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉक्टर मोहन यादव के निजी सचिव विजय बुदवानी हैं। उन्होंने साइबर क्राइम भोपाल में धोखाधड़ी की शिकायत की। उन्होंने बताया, महिला प्रोफेसर ने उन्हें फोन कर ट्रांसफर होने के बारे में पूछा। उन्होंने बताया, शैलेंद्र नाम के युवक ने उनसे संपर्क कर ट्रांसफर किए जाने के लिए 6 दिन पहले 75 हजार रुपए लिए थे। आरोपी ने बताया था, वह उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री का निजी सचिव है, इसलिए उन्होंने उसे रुपए दे दिए थे, लेकिन काम नहीं हुआ। उन्होंने ऑफिस में फोन किया। इसके बाद ही पता चल सका।

भोपाल,(निप्र)। मप्र समेत पूरे देश में जहां कोरोना महामारी के कारण लोगों को आर्थिक संकटों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। वहीं प्रदेश में अपराध के मामले भी कम होने का नाम नहीं ले रहे हैं। कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के दौरान लगाए गए कोरोना कर्फ्यू में भी अपराध के मामले सामने आए हैं। प्रदेश में पिछले 6 महीने में रेप के मामलों में 30 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोत्तरी हुई है। इसकी जानकारी स्टेट क्राइम ब्यूरो के आंकड़ों से मिली है। पिछले 6 महीने की बात करें तो रेप के मामलों में 2707 की बढ़ोत्तरी हुई है। यह पिछले साल की तुलना में 33 प्रतिशत अधिक है। कोरोना कर्फ्यू के दौरान भी रेप के मामलों में बढ़ोत्तरी देखने को मिली है। प्रदेश में 10 अप्रैल के बाद से कोरोना कर्फ्यू लगाया गया था। इसके बाद 1 जून से कोरोना कर्फ्यू में छूट दी गई थी। इसी दौरान अप्रैल और मई में 741 रेप के मामले दर्ज हुए थे। बता दें कि कोरोना कर्फ्यू के दौरान अपराध के मामलों में बढ़ोत्तरी देखने को मिली थी। नेशनल क्राइम ब्यूरो के आंकड़ों के मुताबिक साल 2020 में साल 2019 के मुकाबले दो गुना रेप के मामले दर्ज हुए थे।

2. 1. Members attending the meeting through VC or OAVM shall be counted for the purpose of reckoning the quorum under section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013.
3. 1. The company is providing remote e-voting facility ("remote e-voting") to all its members to cast their votes on all resolutions set out in the notice of the 32nd AGM. Additionally, the Company is providing the facility of the voting through e-voting system during the AGM ("e-voting").
      Detailed procedure for remote e-voting is being provided in the Notice of 32nd AGM.
4. 1. In case, the Company is unable to pay the dividend to any shareholder the distribution of details of the bank, the company shall dispatch the dividend warrant/ cheque to such bank, the company shall dispatch the dividend warrant/ cheque to such shareholder, at the earliest.
