Modification of the Share Capital

Trieste - We hereby inform that the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, amounts now to € 1,586,593,803.00 due to the completion of the share capital increase, in execution of the Long Term Incentive Plan 2019 adopted by the Shareholders' Meeting of the Company on 7 th May 2019.

The inscription of the document certifying such increase has been formally lodged on 14th April 2022 with the Venezia Giulia Company's Register.

Therefore, as illustrated in the following table, the above-mentioned capital is subdivided into 1,586,593,803 ordinary shares with no explicit par value.
