user: Generali user: @GENERALI user: generaligroup user: GruppoGenerali Trieste – IVASS (the Institute for the Supervision of Insurance), with its order of 21 May, has approved the amendments to the Articles of the Association agreed by the Assicurazioni Generali Shareholders' Meeting on 7 May, including those relating to the annulment of the age limit for members of the Board of Directors, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

With the registration of the Shareholders' Meeting resolution with the relevant Business Register, the condition required to put into effect the appointment of the board member Gabriele Galateri as Chairman of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. was fulfilled.
