Generali completes the sale of its Philippines business

Milan – Generali announces that it has completed the sale of its 100% stake in Generali Life Assurance Philippines, Inc. to The Insular Life Assurance Company, Ltd..

This communication follows the announcement made by Generali on 4 December 2024.
