Resignation of the director Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone

Milan – Assicurazioni Generali informs that non-independent director Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. The reasons have not been disclosed.

As of today, the director Caltagirone, directly or through companies related to him, holds a stake of the share capital of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. equal to 9.95%.

The Board of Directors will be called in the coming days for any subsequent decision regarding his replacement.
