Approval of the procedure for the presentation of the slate for the renewal of the Board of Directors, by the outgoing Board

Milan – At a meeting chaired by Gabriele Galateri di Genola, the Assicurazioni Generali Board of Directors approved, by a majority, the process for the presentation of the slate for the upcoming renewal of the Board of Directors by the outgoing Board, which may be subject to change in the event of potential requests by the supervisory authorities.

During the meeting, the Board of Directors took note of the conclusions reached at the meeting of the nonexecutive directors on 14th September 2021, as communicated to the market.
