NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCA")

The Company has received notification that, on 10 October 2025, Harwood Capital LLP, PCA to Christopher Mills, purchased 33,000 B Shares in the Company at a price of 40.00 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Christopher Mills and PCA's have an interest of 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 16.79% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 33,247,500 B Shares, representing 23.10% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
