NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") AND OF PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED ("PCA")

The Company has received notification that, on 25 March 2025, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, PCA to Christopher Mills, purchased 600,000 B Shares in the Company at a price of 32.67 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Christopher Mills and PCA's have an interest of 26,964,500 A Ordinary Shares, representing 18.73% of the voting rights of the issued A Ordinary Shares in the Company (after adjusting for shares held in treasury) and 30,964,500 B Shares, representing 21.51% of the voting rights of the issued B Shares in the Company on the same basis.
