ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

ASIC FORM 484 – NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION OF BUY-BACK SHARES

As required by ASX Listing Rule 3.8A, attached is ASIC Form 484 lodged with ASIC by the Company on the 18 May 2021, which notifies the cancellation of shares bought back under the Selective Share buy-back in December 2020.

The ASIC Form 484 was not lodged earlier due to an administrative oversight.

As a result of the cancellation of buy-back shares, the total number of shares on issue was reduced by 147,720,059. The Company notes that the current total number of shares on issue is 405,385,795. Based on total shares on issue of 405,385,795, FFT’s market capitalisation is currently $27.97 million[1] , substantially lower than the $38.16 million market capitalisation currently displayed on https://www2.asx.com.au/markets/company/fft.
