Board Changes and Cancellation of Unlisted Options

The Board of Future First Technologies Ltd ( ASX:FFT ) (‘ FFT ’) wishes to advise that Mrs Nicole Ferro has resigned as Non-Executive Director effective today.

Non-Executive Director, Scott Coles will take over the role of the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Chairperson, Renata Sguario said “On behalf of the Directors and broader FFT team, I would like to thank Nicole for her contribution to the Company at a time of significant change.”

In line with the terms of Mrs Ferro’s engagement, the Company advises that the following unlisted options over fully paid ordinary shares have been cancelled:
