RELEASE OF SECURITIES FROM ESCROW
Future First Technologies Limited (ASX: FFT) ( FFT or the Company ) hereby advises in accordance with ASX listing rule 3.10A that the following securities subject to voluntary escrow will be released from escrow with effect from 1 April 2021:

The securities are being released upon conclusion of the escrow period provided for in agreements between the Company and the vendors of Respring Pty Ltd.
