Transport for New South Wales Exercises option to extend 3 year +1 +1 contract with Asset Vision to supply its SaaS Intelligent Asset Management Platform

Future First Technologies Ltd ( ASX: FFT ) ( FFT or the Company ) is pleased to announce that Transport for New South Wales ( TfNSW ) has exercised the first option to extend Asset Vision’s three-year +1 +1 contract to supply its SaaS Intelligent Asset Management ( IAM ) Platform.

Asset Vision Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of FFT, provides an industry leading Intelligent Asset Management platform known as Asset Vision. Asset Vision’s Software as a Service ( SaaS ) platform plays a vital role in keeping roads and transport assets safe and more reliable for the community. It connects Asset Owners, Maintainers and Contractors to provide an integrated view of the health of transport infrastructure. The platform also provides a powerful mobile app for workforce management, enabling maintenance crews and inspectors to work safely and efficiently in the field.

Asset Vision has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with TfNSW and the exercise of the first extension to a fourth year, reinforces the quality of our software solution and locks in approximately $700k of revenue for FY22.

We are also pleased to announce that the recent acquisition of Eaglesoft’s Intelligent Data Capture Platform is generating a high level of interest with clients, and we expect further contract wins will result in the near term.
