PS&C Change of Company Secretary

PS&C Ltd (ASX: PSZ) (“PS&C” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Mr Jeff Bennett will take over the role of Company Secretary effective immediately.

Mr Bennett is an accounting and corporate governance professional with over 25 years’ experience in financial accounting and analysis, commercial business and corporate advisory services in both private and public practice. He has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Fellow CPA.

Ms Bennett is also the Chief Financial Officer for PS&C.

Outgoing Company Secretary Mary Pitt has resigned from PS&C to pursue new career endeavours. PS&C’s board and management thanks Ms Pitt for the four years she spent as the company’s General Manager of Finance and Administration, and more recently as Company Secretary.
