PS&C executive changes

PS&C Ltd (ASX: PSZ) has appointed IT sector specialists Kurt Hansen and Jeff Bennett as part of several changes to its senior executive team.

Mr Hansen has been appointed CEO for the group’s Security and Communication businesses. In commenting on the appointment PS&C CEO Glenn Fielding stated: “Kurt is a highly experienced senior IT executive with a major emphasis on cyber security and communication, having held leadership roles at Cisco Systems, Symbol Technologies, F5 Networks and CheckPoint software. He was also a senior executive at Telstra responsible for the wholesale sales division and was the CEO of AirData. We are delighted to have Kurt’s experience and passion for building profitable, high performing teams as part of PS&C moving forward.”

Mr Bennett has been appointed as CFO of PS&C, bringing extensive experience in all facets of finance and business within the IT industry. He is the former CFO of DXC Red Rock, UXC Professional Solutions and Ingena Group Limited. Mr Bennett replaces outgoing CFO Julian Graham, who has held the position since PS&C’s listing on the ASX.

Mr Fielding stated: “Jeff has a tremendous amount of experience in the IT sector and public company experience as a senior executive and board member. We are delighted to have him joining PS&C. I would like to thank Julian Graham for his diligent work with us over the last four years.”

Mary Pitt, PS&C’s General Manager of Finance and Administration, has been appointed as Company Secretary. Mary is a Chartered Accountant with an MBA and has been with PS&C since 2014. Prior to joining PS&C Mary gained 17 years of finance experience across business and government.

Mr Fielding concluded: “These appointments are a step towards taking advantage of the foundation at PS&C. I believe there is an outstanding opportunity to improve performance and we are assembling the team to achieve that.”
