PS&C Board changes

PS&C Ltd (ASX: PSZ) announces changes to the board of directors.

Terry Benfold, a board member since 30 October 2014 and Chairman since 27 November 2014 has stepped down as of 6 December 2017. Mr. Benfold is reducing all of his director commitments in addition to PS&C.

“I have enjoyed my time at PS&C and while recent times have been challenging, I believe the company has a good platform to grow given the executive changes during 2017 and the recent capital raise.”

Nigel Warren has been appointed as a non-executive director. Mr Warren has a Bachelor of International Business and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been an investment Director for Invest Australia in San Francisco, the Vice President of Sales for Equilibrium Inc. an enterprise software and Services Company and the Australian Consul-General in San Francisco. He has also held the position of Senior Trade Commissioner Latin America, based in Santiago, Chile.

Kevin McLaine has been appointed as non-executive Chairman. “I would like to welcome Nigel to the board and thank Terry Benfold for his unwavering support and wise counsel since his appointment as Chairman. Terry has overseen a number of structural changes that put the company in a good position for the future.” Mr. McLaine stated.
