Special Meeting of Shareholders – 35 Graham Street sale

On 13 April, Asset Plus (NZX: APL) announced its entry into a conditional agreement to sell 35 Graham Street, Auckland. The agreement is conditional on the approval of an ordinary resolution of Asset Plus shareholders.

Asset Plus gives notice that a special meeting of shareholders to consider the acquisition of 35 Graham Street will be held on Friday 3 June 2022, at 1.15pm online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/aplsm22
