Settlement of 35 Graham Street sale

Asset Plus (NZX: APL) is pleased to confirm that the sale of 35 Graham Street has settled this morning. From the sale proceeds, $32.97 million has been repaid to BNZ with all company debt now repaid.

The proposed special dividend announced on 15 November 2024 is expected to be formally declared and announced on Monday 2 December 2024.
