Asset Plus is pleased to advise that it has unconditionally sold its property at Spring Flats Road, Kamo, Whangarei for $2.7 million plus GST (if any). Settlement is scheduled to occur on 30 November 2022, with the net proceeds of the sale to be applied towards debt repayment.
