("Company") hereby informs that on 29 March 2024, the Company received from Piotr Jeleński Foundation Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji seated in Warsaw - the entity closely related to Mr Piotr Jeleński, Management Board Member of the Company - a notification on Company's shares' donation, pursuant to Art. 19 sec. 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse.
