Asseco Poland S.A.

Acting on behalf of TSS Europe B.V., with its registered office at Atoomweg 50, Gebouw New Day, 3542 AB Utrecht ("TSS Europe"), we would like to propose Mr Robin van Poelje, Mr Ramon Zanders, and Mr Christopher Siemiaszko as candidates for the positions of members of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Poland S.A. (the "Company") in connection with the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders convened for November 4, 2025.

According to the statements submitted to us, the above candidates have agreed to stand for election to the Company's Supervisory Board.

• Ramon Zanders Chief Executive Officer of TSS Europe B.V.
• Christopher Siemiaszko Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Constellation Software Inc.

They each bring broad experience in managing software businesses and contributing to operational improvement, data-driven decision-making, and rational capital allocation. Their combined track record in disciplined growth, strategic investment, and long-term value creation will be valuable to the Supervisory Board.

We are confident that their insights will significantly benefit the Company and support the effective performance of the Board's duties.
