ASR Nederland N.V. (a.s.r.) publiceert vandaag de oproeping en de bijbehorende documenten voor de Algemene Vergadering van Aandeelhouders (AVA), die gepland is op woensdag 20 mei 2026 om 10.00 uur. De AVA wordt gehouden op het kantoor van a.s.r. in Utrecht.

Alle documenten, waaronder de agenda van de AVA, de toelichting op de agenda en de bijbehorende stukken, evenals informatie over het vooraf uitbrengen van een elektronische (volmacht)stem zijn te vinden op onze website.
