Aspocomp Group Oyj Company Announcement March 31, 2009 at 4:00 pm ASPOCOMP'S OWNERSHIP IN THE FORMER THAI SUBSIDIARY CHANGES Aspocomp's ownership in the former subsidiary PCB Center Company Limited, previously Aspocomp (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., has increased from 6.17 % to 14.11 % on 31.3.2009. The increase of ownership is a consequence of the conversion of 48 million Baht, about 1.0 million Euros, loan receivable into shares based on the agreement signed on 16.10.2008. The conversion does not have any profit or cash flow impact, because the loan receivable was written off in the Aspocomp's Financial Closing of 2008. The conversion strengthens the Equity and improves the financial solidity of PCB Center. For further information, please contact Isto Hantila, CEO, tel. +358 50 406 0656.
