Espoo, Finland, 2011-06-08 16:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aspocomp Group Plc, Major shareholder announcements, June 8, 2011 at 5:00 pm According to a notification of TTM Technologies, Inc. (“TTM”) received today by Aspocomp Group Plc, the indirect holdings of TTM and the direct holdings of MTG (PCB) No. 2 (BVI) Limited (“MTG”) in Aspocomp Group Plc's shares and votes will increase over the 15 percent threshold after the 12,274,355 new Aspocomp shares issued to MTG have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register. Such registration is expected to take place on or about June 9, 2011. Pursuant to such notification, MTG is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTM Hong Kong Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TTM. 1. Target company: Aspocomp Group Plc 2.
