ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD OF ASPOCOMP GROUP OYJ

Aspocomp Group Oyj Company Announcement May 10, 2007 at 1:55 pm In its organization meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Aspocomp Group Oyj re-elected Tuomo Lähdesmäki as Chairman of the Board and Yoshiki Sasaki as Vice Chairman. Composition of the Board committees remained unchanged. The Board of Directors appointed Aimo Eloholma, Tapio Hintikka, Tuomo Lähdesmäki and Kari Vuorialho as members to the Compensation and Nomination Committees.
