Introduction of the first time Board member nominee:

Päivi Marttila (b. 1961)

• MSc (Econ)
• Managing Director and Partner, Midagon Oy
• Independent of the company or the company's main shareholders.

Päivi Marttila is a founder of QPR Software Oyj and she held management positions of the company in Finland and in USA during 1991 – 2001. She was a member of QPR's Board of Directors during 1991 – 1999. After QPR Päivi Marttila was Managing Director of Plamec Oy, a subsidiary of Microcell Group, during 2002 – 2005. As a result of Microcell acquisition Päivi Marttila transferred to Flextronics Group. She held management positions of sales and marketing in Flextronics Group during 2005 – 2011. Päivi Marttila was a Board Member of Flextronics ODM Finland Oy during 2010 – 2012 and a Board Member of Scanfil Plc during 2012 – 2013.
