ASPO SIGNS FINANCING CONTRACTS OF EUR 35 MILLION

ASPO Plc STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE January 15, 2010 at 09.15 The Aspo Group has signed financing contracts totaling approximately EUR 35 million. Aspo Plc has signed revolving credit facility agreements of EUR 30 million with its partner banks. The agreements replace the corresponding agreements of EUR 60 million, which expired at the beginning of 2010. After the signing, the total amount of Aspo's revolving credit facility agreements is EUR 50 million, which replaces the formerly valid agreements of EUR 80 million. At the same time, the maturity of the revolving credit facility agreements was extended. Moreover, Telko Ltd, part of Aspo Group, has signed a sales contract of approximately EUR 5 million concerning the trade receivables of the company. The introduction of the new source of financing makes the working capital management of Telko Ltd more effective.
