REINSTATEMENT TO OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The suspension of trading in the securities of Aspire Mining Limited (the “Company”) will be lifted and reinstated to official quotation on Monday 16 March 2015 following the Company’s announcement regarding the extension of the loan agreement between the Company and Noble Resources International Pte Ltd and its coal interests in Mongolia.
