Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Aspire Mining Limited (ASX: AKM, “ Aspire ”) wishes to advise of the resignation of Mr Andrew Edwards as a non-executive director to pursue his many other interests.
Mr Edwards was appointed in July 2011 and served as Chairman of the Aspire’s Audit & Risk Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.
The Board of Aspire thanks Mr Edwards for his invaluable contribution to the company and wishes him well for his future endeavors.
There is currently no intention to replace Mr Edwards on the Board.
