BOARD CHANGES
The Board of Windy Knob Resources Ltd (“the Company”) has today accepted the resignation of Mr Klaus Eckhof as non-executive Chairman in order for him to pursue other business interests and opportunities.
The Board would like to thank Mr Eckhof for his contribution during his time with the Company and wish him all the best with his future endeavours.
Current Director, Mr Mathew Walker will assume the role as interim Chairman.
Mr James Robinson has been appointed to the board as a non-executive Director and will continue in his current role of Company Secretary.
