Aspermont Limited – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Aspermont Limited (the ‘Company’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 24 April 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Aspermont Limited ( Aspermont ) requests that its securities (ASX: ASP) be placed into an immediate trading halt.

Aspermont provides the following information for the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

• a) Aspermont requests the trading halt pending an announcement by Aspermont in relation to a proposed capital raising;

• b) Aspermont requests that the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 24 April 2018;

• c) Aspermont is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• d) Aspermont is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
