ASPERMONT ANNOUNCES ADJOURNMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Aspermont Limited will adjourn its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) from 4:00pm (Perth time) on 9 November 2016 to 4:00pm on 16 November 2016 (7 days).

The location and business of the AGM will be as set out in the Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form already sent to shareholders. Proxies already cast in relation to the AGM remain valid unless withdrawn prior to that meeting.

Accordingly, the details for the adjourned AGM are as follows:
