Acquisition of inner Adelaide caravan park completed

Aspen Group (ASX:APZ) advises that settlement was completed for the acquisition of Adelaide Caravan Park, as previously announced on 6 October, 2015. The acquisition price was $9.25 million, of which $0.9 million is subject to a deferred settlement of up to two years.
