Aspen Group (ASX: APZ) Joint CEO Share Issue

Aspen Group (which comprises Aspen Group Limited and the Aspen Property Trust) (ASX: APZ) advises that Mr David Dixon, the Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 313,643 Stapled Securities at an issue price of $1.76 on 21 August 2023, on conversion of Performance Rights issued in December 2022 as part of a Long-Term Incentive.

Whilst Mr Dixon is not yet a Director of APZ, this announcement is made to provide transparency to the market.

This announcement was authorised by the Joint Chief Executive Officers of the Company.
