Joint CEO Share Issue
Aspen Group (which comprises Aspen Group Limited and the Aspen Property Trust) (ASX: APZ) advises that Mr David Dixon, the Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has acquired 812,210 stapled securities at the issue price of $1.507 as a consideration for sell of shares in Hindmarsh Marina (SA) Pty Ltd under Share Purchase Agreement, an acquisition approved by the shareholders in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26 May 2022. Whilst Mr Dixon is not a Director of APZ, this announcement is made to provide transparency to the market.
In addition to the above, Mr Dixon holds a 50% indirect interest in shares in Mill Hill Capital Pty Ltd.
