Joint CEO Share Issue

Aspen Group (which comprises Aspen Group Limited and the Aspen Property Trust) (ASX: APZ) advises that Mr David Dixon, the Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has acquired 295,807 stapled securities at the issue price of $1.055 (estimate), on conversion of performance rights issued in December 2019 as part of LTI. Whilst Mr Dixon is not a Director of APZ, this announcement is made to provide transparency to the market.

In addition to the above, Mr Dixon holds a 50% indirect interest in shares in Mill Hill Capital Pty Ltd.
