Joint CEO Share Purchases
Aspen Group (which comprises Aspen Group Limited and Aspen Property Trust) (ASX: APZ) (Aspen) advises that it was informed by Mr David Dixon, the Joint Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that he has acquired 250,000 stapled securities on market at an average price of $1.0367 each. Whilst Mr Dixon is not a Director of APZ, this announcement is being made to provide transparency to the market.
Mr Dixon also holds interests in APZ through his 50% indirect interests in shares in Mill Hill Capital Pty Ltd and units in the Mill Hill Capital Strategic Real Estate Fund.
