Woodside Petroleum Limited extends Aspen Karratha Village accommodation agreement to January 2021
Aspen Group Limited (ASX: APZ) is pleased to announce an extension to its accommodation agreement with Woodside Petroleum Limited ( Woodside ) at Aspen Karratha Village ( AKV ). The agreement extends Woodside’s tenancy at AKV to January 2021 with a minimum commitment of 160 rooms on terms broadly in line with existing arrangements.
Commenting on the extension, Aspen Group Joint Chief Executive Officer John Carter said:
“Australia’s leading mining and resource companies have continued to invest heavily in major projects in Karratha and the wider region, reinforcing its status as a major economic centre. Aspen has provided high quality lodging and services to Woodside personnel at AKV for close to 10 years and we are pleased that Woodside has again chosen to secure the relationship for an extended term. It is very pleasing to see increasing activity and demand in Karratha.”
