Settlement of Perth Residential Portfolio
Aspen Group (which comprises Aspen Group Limited and the Aspen Property Trust) (ASX: APZ) is pleased to announce that it has today settled the acquisition of the Perth Residential Portfolio comprising 84 dwellings. The purchase price was $20 million before acquisition costs.
Further information regarding the acquisition was released to the ASX on 22 October 2019.
