Aspen Group extends tenancy duration to Woodside Petroleum Limited
Aspen Group Limited (ASX: APZ) is pleased to announce a one year extension to the existing tenancy agreement with Woodside Petroleum Limited ( Woodside ) at Aspen Karratha Village ( AKV ). The agreement extends Woodside’s tenancy at AKV to January 2019.
Commenting on the extension, Aspen Group Chief Executive Officer Joel Cann said:
“We are delighted with the extension which builds upon our longstanding arrangement with Woodside. We consider this to be an affirmation of continued delivery of quality accommodation and service to our guests at AKV.”
The extension reinforces predictability in Aspen Group’s recurring revenue throughout the 2018 financial year.
