BIG4 Koala Shores Holiday Park now unconditional and scheduled for settlement
Further to our announcement on 25 May 2017, Aspen is pleased to announce that all material conditions precedent within the purchase agreement for BIG4 Koala Shores Holiday Park have now been satisfied. The addition of Koala Shores extends Aspen’s footprint on the NSW Central Coast with Tomago Van Village only 35 kilometres away. Aspen expects to assume operations at the beginning of October.
