Mill Hill Capital proposal update
Aspen Group (ASX: APZ) refers to its announcement of 23 February 2016 that it had received an unsolicited proposal from Mill Hill Capital (MHC Proposal). The due diligence period as outlined in that announcement has ended. No agreement to proceed with the MHC Proposal has yet been reached. However, the parties continue discussions.
Aspen Group will update the market as appropriate.
